I refuse to be riped off by a company that after 5 years is still doing business if listea was gone I would not bother but you riped me off 5 years ago and I want justice. I will give you one more chance to do the right thing.

My name is Jerry Lee and I was a customer of yours and was using your site without any problems I was making listings with packs of cards sport and movie collector cards in the pack and offered free shipping on my items I sell on many sites and have been and still do for 20 years now and the only problem I have ever had was you I was listening successfully and had accumulated a lot of credits and I would use the credits to purchase things I wanted with the credits like everyone does it's been so long now I can't remember for sure I was very upset and blocked it out of my mind one day without warning my account was frozen and all my credits were takin from me and was never given a reason why you took approximately 100 thousand credits from me and closed my account and for months I tried to get a answer out of you why and I would get nothing eventually I think I was told I did something I was not allowed to do but I have done nothing wrong absolutely nothing and for the life of me cannot figure out what you think I did and to who. I didn't get any complaints from anyone that I know of and the only listings I did not send were the ones after you took my account and i did not know who to send anything to.i know I did not do anything wrong and I would never do something dishonest the closest thing I have ever done to being dishonest is to use your site the way you intended it to be used I felt a little bad about listing things on there because it's kinda a ripoff for the person bidding on the items but i have never mislabeled my listings I always ship what I took pictures of and keep all my listing to this day I have over 500 items listed on various sites all organized and neet so I know I did nothing wrong or deceiving in any way and there's no way you can prove that I did because I didn't do it so please tell me what did I do again to be ripped off by a corporation without explanation or any chance to defend myself it's not right even 5 years now I'm still upset about it and I will not let a company rip me off and then just still do business like they didn't do anything if you don't give me an explanation and tell me what I did I'm going to be forced to take legal action against you I'm tired of you giving me no excuse and no reason why you've done this and I want Justice for whoever did this to me now this is the last chance I'm going to give you before I do I'm an honest person and I'm a fair person and I believe that most people are good and maybe there was somebody back then that was not on the up and up there's no longer part of the scene or the situation you need to tell me what it was and how and who did this to me and why and refund me everything you took from me with an apology and a promise you'll never do this to anybody again if not I have money coming in to me soon a lot of money and I will use that money to file suit against you now I don't like doing this to people but I've given you fair chance to make this right and this is my last chance and I'm giving you now my name is Jerry Lee my phone number is 771-**** my address is 4721 southeast 87th Portland Oregon 97266 you can look up my account and contact me my email address is jaywars77@***.com I don't know what email address I used it might have been darthmatter@***e .com please contact me at any time at any of my numbers or address I have listed thank you Jerry lee

I have been banned from listia twice by no fault of my own I had to change my email addresses twice due to yahoo for some reason deleted my address and I had to get a new email address when I first resigned up for listia everything was fine and then after 2 or 3 weeks without contacting me they banned my account because yes I had previously had an account with listia but yahoo deleted my old one when I had to get a new phone I explained this to listia that they couldn't recover my old account because it no longer existed they never responded back to me after I sent them 3 responses about the original email this happened twice I explained it both times I know their rules I am not stupid I cant help that my original email was deleted by yahoo I am still waiting on an apology from listia or contact yahoo so they can verify my information I dont recommend them to anyone
